Shake n Take is fantastic. It has made me and my housemates more eager to live healthier lifestyles. I start each morning with a Raspberry and Vanilla Yogurt smoothie. Really filling and under 150 calories. Takes only 3 minutes to make.

8 oz. raspberries
6 oz. Dannon Light and Fit
2 oz. of orange or cranberry juice
