Shake n Take is fantastic. It has made me and my housemates more eager to live healthier lifestyles. I start each morning with a Raspberry and Vanilla Yogurt smoothie. Really filling and under 150 calories. Takes only 3 minutes to make.

My cats love being brushed with the FURminator! It is very effective at removing excess fur, although pretty messy. We brush them in the dry bathtub for ease of collecting the fur afterward. Their coats look silky and shiny when we’re through. Well worth the money I paid for it! Works great on short- and long-haired cats, as we have one of each. I told my vet we’d purchased one and she even gave it her seal of approval!

It contains every video they did except the video for “You Could Be Mine” which was not put on this video because of problems with getting full rights to the movie footage. If you are a fan of rock and roll or heavy metal, you MUST get this video
