I’ve only had my iPhone for a bit over three months and am very careful with it. About a month ago the audio stopped working and I had to call the Apple Customer Service line. During the course of troubleshooting one of the first things they ask is if there is any water damage. With my phone in the Otterbox I was confident that there wasn’t. My phone was replaced overnight. That alone is worth the price of the purchase. It is a bit bulkier than a regular skin case but really good protection for my favorite gadget.
